This is a solid bronze antique replica of a very rare and wonderful St. Michael the Archangel medal that was made in France with words in Latin. I am blessed to have this original in my collection and be able to share this replica with you. Saint Michael the Archangel is a powerful spiritual warrior, intercessor, and protector against the forces of Satan.
The medal is available by itself, on a 2.7mm solid antiqued bronze rolo chain, or on an adjustable suede leather lace with a bronze bead. (I have discontinued the plated cable chain option.)
The front of the medal has Latin "Michael pugnavit cum dragon et fecit victoriam" which means "Michael fought with the dragon and prevailed".
The back of the medal has Latin "Quis ut deus" which means "Who is like God". The Prayer to St Michael (shown in photos) is included in the gift box.
A gorgeous, unique piece with the sides a bit thicker than the middle of the medal which gives it beautiful depth. It measures just under 1 inch diameter.
For the suede lace option, brown 3mm suede leather is adjustable up to 26 inches long. The bronze antique replica slider bead allows the leather to be worn as a shorter length. If you would prefer a longer suede lace, please let me know. Suede is a softer material than a rounded leather cord. Please contact me if you would prefer a knotted leather cord.
For the chain option, this medal dangles on a 2.7mm antiqued solid bronze rolo chain with a lobster clasp closure. Please contact me if you would prefer a different length chain.
These fine replica pieces are cast in solid bronze using the lost wax method and produced in the U.S.A.
