An absolutely stunning non-maintenance antiqued gold, antique replica, Miraculous Medal from France...one of my favorite pieces and a Holy Moments bestseller! This is a larger and unusual French Miraculous Medal signed by artists JB and PCH (Jean Balme & Chambault).
Eye-catching stylish front toggle clasp closure with the medallion dangling from the “O” ring. It is best to wear with the clasp approximately between your collarbones, with the pendant dangling below. You can use a shoelace or string to measure your neck. You can wear longer, but it is possible that the medallion would flip and shown the Miraculous backside at times.
The design on the front in French is "O Marie concue sans peche priez pour nous qui avons recours a vous" which is "O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee".
The 1.2 inch high and 1.1 inch wide medallion dangles from a toggle clasp closure, attached to a 3.2mm rolo chain.
The medallion portion dangles 1 and 5/8 inch down from the chain. In the drop down box, the measurement is the chain portion.
This antique gold finish is a gorgeous non-maintenance antique gold color, but is a 12K gold high quality plating, so is best protected from chemicals and water. Handmade in the USA.
